? Once we?re ready to go, things start moving very quickly. Your home will be entered into the Multiple Listing System (the database used by all professional realtors). The sign will be ordered. Color fact sheets with all of your home?s information will be created and left on-site for visitors.
? Photographs and descriptions will be immediately posted on the Internet. This web site will market your property on Yahoo Real Estate, Microsoft MSN HomeAdvisor, and other top national sites.
? I will schedule a luncheon at your home for other agents so that they can preview the property for their buyers.
? I will hold your house open to the public, and will advertise your home in local publications. I will follow up with all visitors to your home for their feedback.
? I will monitor all area listings to determine changing trends and how they can best be utilized to your advantage.
? When a contract is presented, I will explain it thoroughly and carefully to you. If necessary, I will negotiate all terms and conditions as your representative acting in your best interest.
? Once you?ve accepted a contract for the purchase of your home, I will provide you with a timeline outlining all of the contractual obligations and their deadlines. I will continue to be in regular contact with you, I will handle all of the details and supervise all of the elements necessary to ensure a smooth settlement.
