Included in the list of the top 1% of all Realtors in the United States, Sarah is a member of Long and Foster's distinguished top-producing Masters' Club, as she consistently produces over $20 million in business a year.   She is also a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors and a former president of the Long & Foster Gold Team, the top 2,000 agents affiliated with Long & Foster. She has numerous awards at the very highest levels of achievement from Long & Foster, GCAAR (recipient of the Platinum Award each year since 1999), and the National Association of Realtors. 

Sarah has continued her education, enabling her to stay current with the latest trends, technologies and laws associated with the purchase and selling of real estate.  In 1996, she earned the professional designation of Certified Buyer Agent (CBR).  This qualifies Sarah as a specialist in buyer/agency representation. Sarah has lived in Montgomery County since 1970 and is licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. After more than 18 years experience in Real Estate, Sarah is proud to say that approximately 90% of her business comes from returning clients or personal referrals.
